Amy brings over 20 years of experience at high growth tech companies implementing and building out all human resource functions, including recruitment, employee training programs, organizational development and talent retention initiatives.
In her role, Amy will lead the global talent development efforts at LeaseAccelerator as the company strengthens its base of operations in North America and continues its expansion in European and Asian markets. Amy's short-term priorities will include increasing the attractiveness of the company's compensation and benefits plans, enhancing the new hire recruiting and on-boarding experience, and bolstering employee training and development programs. Her long-term goals will include working with the leadership team to foster a culture of innovation, optimize the organizational design and enhance the employer brand.

Recognized for her skill, Amy was then hired in 2013 to develop and implement all human resources functions for EdgeConneX, a high growth start-up telecommunications company.
