Amy Seibel Joins CrossCountry Consulting as Chief Financial Officer
Addition of Seasoned, Strategic Finance Executive Continues CrossCountry's Growth
MCLEAN, Va., Aug. 8, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- CrossCountry Consulting, a leading business advisory firm, today announced that Amy Seibel has been appointed Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately. In this role, Ms. Seibel will lead the company's finance strategy and oversee the financial operations, including financial planning, treasury, operational metrics and analytics, accounting, tax, and reporting functions.
Ms. Seibel brings with her an extensive background in corporate finance and strategic planning, supporting CrossCountry Consulting's momentum of continued growth. Ms. Seibel is a seasoned, strategic CFO with over 20 years of experience in financial management in the technology sector. She most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer of Knowland where she oversaw the company's operations in finance, legal, information technology, and content/data collection. Prior to her role at Knowland, Ms. Seibel served as CFO at BIA Digital Partners, a private equity group, and for many years as business unit CFO at JPMorgan Chase Vastera managing the global finance and accounting operations across 15 countries. Ms. Seibel began her career in the technology audit practice at Arthur Andersen LLP.
Ms. Seibel received a Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting with Honors from James Madison University. She is also a licensed CPA in Virginia and an active member of the AICPA and the Virginia Society of CPAs.
