Aviation Performance Solutions (APS) announced breaking ground today on two new facilities at the Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport including a dedicated facility to serve as the APS world headquarters. The new facilities support APS' capacity needs to accommodate rapidly growing demand for Upset Prevention and Recovery Training (UPRT).
