Heritage Woods of Moline Affordable Assisted Living Invites Community to All-American Breakfast
Bradley, Illinois (PRWEB) August 30, 2013 -- Heritage Woods of Moline, a BMA affordable assisted living community, will observe National Day of Service and Remembrance with an All-American Breakfast on Sept. 11.
The community, which is located at 5500 46th Ave. Dr. in Moline, serves older adults who need some help to maintain their independence but do not require skilled nursing care.
The breakfast will be held on the 12th anniversary of the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks. It is free and open to the public.
Fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, and biscuits and gravy will be served from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m.
“Please join us for our All-American Breakfast at Heritage Woods as we reflect on Sept. 11, 2011 – a day that changed America forever,” said Moline Administrator Meghan Chasek.

"Our community provides older adults with a wonderful alternative to a nursing home or to struggling alone at home," says Chasek. "Residents benefit from living in a residential apartment-home environment and receiving personal assistance and help with medications."
Each of the private studio and one-bedroom apartments at Heritage Woods of Moline features a kitchenette, spacious bathroom with shower and grab bars, and an emergency alert system.
Certified nursing assistants are on-duty 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Meals, housekeeping and laundry are among the included services.
"Residents also benefit from all of the opportunities that are available to socialize with friends and neighbors and to participate in social events," says Chasek.
The community is certified to operate through the Illinois Supportive Living program and is managed by BMA Management, Ltd., the largest provider of assisted living in Illinois.
Based in Bradley, Illinois, BMA operates 38 senior living communities, housing more than 3,800 apartments.
"Our focus is on providing Heritage Woods of Moline residents with the love, compassion and dignity that they deserve in addition to the help and assistance that they need to maintain their independence," says Rod Burkett, President and CEO of BMA.
