W. Richard Viall discusses what can happen leading up to the "end of times" and during the final seven years after
SAINT SIMONS ISLAND, Ga., June 13, 2023 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Based on his interpretation, author W. Richard Viall presents his conclusions on the "Last Days" prophecy, a theological position held by "believers," in "The Next Medo-Persian Empire." The book identifies "Believers" as Christians, Muslims who believe Jesus was a prophet and Messianic Jews who believe Jesus is the Messiah.
Viall explains his research of the indications that will lead to the "end of times" and how the next Medo-Persian Empire will be one of those signs.
The Medo-Persian Empire was a major ancient civilization that was based in modern day Iran at about 600 BC. In the Book of Daniel, the Bible prophesizes a second empire will arise. The book also offers a timeline on the return of Christ to Earth.
"Many mainstream Christians regard the fictional account of end times in the 'Left Behind' series of books as fact," said Viall. "I truly wish the end of the physical world would be as easy as the books make it out to be, but I don't see anything in the Bible to indicate that."
As a military police officer, 44 years ago, the author made a traffic stop of an evangelical Christian woman. The interaction with her raised his curiosity about the end times, and throughout his career he maintained his curiosity regarding the subject. This book represents years of research Viall has put in since that fateful meeting.
"Recent real-world events should remind us that the geopolitical landscape can change drastically in a short period of time," said Viall. "I plan to release a second book examining how the Covid pandemic, the war in the Ukraine and other world events will set us up for that glorious day."
