CHICAGO, Feb. 25, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Backstop Solutions Group, the leading cloud-based productivity suite provider for institutional and alternative investors, today announced the appointment of Sara Schroeder to the role of SVP, People and Development. In this role, Schroeder will lead Backstop's people strategy, responsible for further developing and enhancing the company's employee-focused culture while continuing to help the organization grow and scale. She will also focus on building new programs aimed at amplifying employee performance, growth, and engagement. Schroeder will report directly to Backstop CEO Clint Coghill.
