LEXINGTON, Ky., Aug. 13, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Bates Security, LLC, a commercial and residential security provider based in Kentucky with branches in Florida, is offering a free webinar on August 20 at 10 AM EST to review the benefits of Access Control Security Systems for businesses, schools and more. As the world is in various stages of reopening during the pandemic and based on client requests, Bates Security realized there is a growing need to eliminate excessive physical contact to help prevent the spread of illnesses. "As our current clients are adjusting to the world around them, homeowners and business owners alike are asking how they can eliminate risks and protect each other," said Jeremy Bates, President of Bates Security. Access control systems are not new for Bates Security. Still, within the past few months, access control systems have been implemented across the United States to reduce contact exposure in workplaces. Access control allows businesses to direct personnel to the correct entry point to be screened by hand or in combination with thermal detection cameras. Access control can also eliminate the need for touching keys by using contactless apps on a client's phone or initiate an automatic door to open. Another benefit of access control is real-time auditing capabilities. Employers can quickly and easily determine who has accessed the facility by date and time along with a combined video image of them to ensure they are following the proper reentry protocol. Capacity regulations enforced by the state can be hard to keep track of by hand. With an access control system and video software platform, the administrator can log in via mobile or desktop to view how many people are inside of an area at any given time.
"We are continuing to educate and assist businesses and homes while adapting to this "new normal" by providing solutions to help ensure the safety and well-being of our clients," said Bryan Bates, Vice President of Bates Security. "Educational resources are invaluable during this time of uncertainty, especially when you are responsible for not only yourself but the safety of others."
As many questions have arisen from clients and vendors about contactless security measures, Bates Security will be offering free webinars to educate about the technology and address concerns that all businesses are facing. The next access control webinar event will be held on August 20 at 10 AM EST. Interested parties should register for the webinar online now.
