This Learning Management System (LMS) was conceived to offer customers the ability to efficiently train their staff on Bridgeway software, deliver an accelerated ROI on software investments, enhance platform efficiency for current users and provide an easy path to consistent learning and growth. BWU was first previewed at the company's annual customer users group conference, hosted in Oklahoma City in 2024.
New courses and learning content are continuously in development for BWU and will be rolled out through 2025 and beyond, including the addition of advanced certifications and live webinars. Learning paths are directly influenced by Bridgeway customer feedback. Future enhancements include microlearning opportunities and knowledge-based sites that will serve as quick reference for customers' day-to-day needs.
