OGDEN, Utah, April 25, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- BGW Architects (Building God's Way) is excited to announce the recent completion of its 1,000th ministry-based facility design. An industry leader in faith-based architecture, BGW has worked almost exclusively with churches and Christian schools nationally since 1998. During that time, BGW has helped ministry organizations across 47 U.S. states and 3 foreign countries to realize their God-given vision through innovative, stewardship-driven facility design.
Each of the 1,000 designs completed over the last 24+ years began with BGW's signature 3 day on-site charrette, a uniquely collaborative and cost effective design exercise that has become a distinctive element of the BGW approach. Included among these 1,000 projects are more than 830 churches and 170 Christian schools and colleges, representing a wide range of different faith denominations. From the first ministry design project for Lakeland Christian Academy in Winona Lake, Indiana to the 1,000th design that is currently being completed for New Hope Missionary Baptist Church in Radcliff, Kentucky, BGW's focus has been on delivering the highest level of stewardship, God-honoring relationships and intentional ministry focus.
"This is such a significant milestone for our firm", said Chief Marketing & Business Development Officer, Derek Johnson. "Over the past 24 years since the founding of BGW, we have learned so much from each of our ministry clients that has helped us to become better architects along the way. We are so blessed to be able to work with organizations that share the same heart for the Kingdom. At BGW, it has always been and will always be about designing and building facilities that can become effective ministry tools in reaching people for Christ."
An employee-owned company headquartered in Ogden, Utah, BGW has experienced tremendous growth in the professional development of its staff in recent years, expanding from 2 licensed architects to 10, along with a staff of highly trained designers, drafters, project managers, as well as personnel in the areas of business development, accounting, and administration.
