Auburn, Alabama resident brings nearly 30 years of leadership experience in finance industry to executive coaching firm

Gordon's professional background includes nearly 30 years in financial services—both banking and mortgage. Throughout his career, he held a variety of positions including individual contributor roles as well as senior leadership roles. During his time in the mortgage industry, Gordon co-led a team of 65 loan originators that generated over $1Billion of production year over year. He used a coaching leadership model and his team delivered top results. With a focus on ensuring the team operated from a place of wholeness and balance, he led them to achieve their goals.
He holds a bachelor's degree in Finance from San Jose State University and also graduated from the Leadership Development Program at the Center for Creative Leadership. Currently, he resides in Auburn, Alabama with his wife and together they have three kids.
As an executive coach, Gordon encourages his clients to dream big and live a robust life—and then helps them create a plan to do just that. With transparency and when appropriate, he shares his own leadership stories with his clients as he recognizes authenticity should be shared by both parties to foster an open coaching relationship.
