Most recently with Mixbook, a founder-led consumer creative platform, she was head of global talent acquisition where she built the global talent acquisition function from the ground up, scaling the team with 99 global hires and leading the recruitment of pivotal executives, including chief product officer, chief marketing officer and chief technology officer. She reduced time-to-fill by 44% over two years and implemented strategies to improve key hiring metrics, such as increasing employee referrals from 10% to 28% and offer acceptance rates from 60% to 100%. Klein also developed and executed processes for position scoping, interviewer training, headcount planning and compliance, all while aligning talent acquisition efforts with business objectives to drive measurable impact.
Returning to Calibre One, Klein – who specializes in building transformative leadership teams for high-growth, PE-backed, VC-funded and public companies – will leverage her nearly two decades of executive search expertise and hands-on operational experience to help clients align leadership strategies with business objectives and foster exceptional teams.
