This leadership appointment follows Mitchell Knisbacher's decision to retire as chief executive officer. Knisbacher will remain in his role as chairman of the board.
Rosenblatt brings 30 years of technology, business development and operations experience, repeatedly creating and building new businesses serving a broad range of industries. At CallFinder, Jay is responsible for creating, communicating, and implementing the company direction and strategy, working alongside the executive management team, to facilitate success in sales, marketing, product development, and customer satisfaction.

Before joining CallFinder in 2019, Jay served as CEO of Conduit Global, a $100m BPO with 4k employees in worldwide contact centers and cloud hosted customer interaction solutions as a service (CCaaS) which focused on a changing consumer journey across industries. Prior to that, Jay was the Founder & CEO of several companies, including RouteSource and Voyport, and was a member of the founding management at Primus Telecommunications Group. Jay also previously worked with MCI, now part of Verizon and as a management consultant at Cap Gemini.
