Mayor Jonathan L. Hornik, Council President Scott Metzger, Council Vice President Carol Mazzola and Lynn Franco were present for the ceremony.

Mayor Hornik was pleased to welcome Camelot West to Marlboro. This community features 50 townhomes with two bedrooms and up to 1,862 sq. ft. of living space. The remaining 200 apartment style units will range from 795 to 1,426 sq. ft. with one- to two-bedrooms and up to two bathrooms. Select buildings now offer elevators to accommodate empty nesters. Kaplan Companies, in an effort to continue to give back to the community it serves, presented a $1,000 check at the ceremony to the Marlboro Township Alliance for the prevention of substance abuse.
