Mayor Jonathan L. Hornik, Council President Scott Metzger, Council Vice President Carol Mazzola and Lynn Franco were present for the ceremony.

Mayor Hornik was pleased to welcome Camelot West to Marlboro. This community features 50 townhomes with two bedrooms and up to 1,862 sq. ft. of living space. The remaining 200 apartment style units will range from 795 to 1,426 sq. ft. with one- to two-bedrooms and up to two bathrooms. Select buildings now offer elevators to accommodate empty nesters. Homes have been updated to include the latest trends from quartz countertops and glass back splashes to frameless shower doors and modern trim packages. Kaplan Companies, in an effort to continue to give back to the community it serves, presented a $1,000 check at the ceremony to the Marlboro Township Alliance for the prevention of substance abuse. "Although we are not new to Marlboro, one thing my parents always taught me was to be a good neighbor and give back to your community," said Jason Kaplan, President of Kaplan Companies. "By working in cooperation with the township, we were also able to consolidate all of our development into 26 acres, enabling us to give 75 acres back to Marlboro at no cost to them."
