ITES-SW2 supports the U.S. Army, Department of Defense, and other federal agency IT infrastructure goals through commercially available off-the-shelf software products and maintenance in 14 product categories, as well as related incidental services and hardware. ITES-SW2 is managed by the U.S. Army's Computer Hardware Enterprise Software & Solutions (CHESS) office and is awarded in conjunction with the Army Contracting Command.
