In his role, Dan will have overall responsibility for day to day operations and related services, ensuring that staff continue to deliver high quality care and services. Dan will lead the addition of processes and systems that will allow Centria to offer services to an ever growing population of families in need.
Dan is a proven operational leader and his experience and skills with decentralized healthcare services qualify him to work alongside the existing leadership team to drive operational excellence and standardize high quality service to support Centria's expanding national autism therapy services.
Most recently, Dan was the COO and Transformation Officer for AccentCare, the largest privately owned Home Health, Hospice, and Attendant Services business in over 240 locations across 16 states with more than 40,000 active clients. Prior to AccentCare, he served as COO of AxelaCare Health Solutions, the nation's largest private equity owned home infusion company. Dan led the integration of numerous home infusion company acquisitions, more than doubling the revenue in less than 12 months. By creating and improving infrastructure, systems, processes, and work teams, he set the company on a path of continued growth with the capability for rapid scaling.

Dan is a GE Six Sigma Certified Black Belt and Master Black Belt with Operations Engineering Degrees from both West Point and The Naval Postgraduate School. Dan's operational experience includes more than 20 as an officer in the US Army, where he retired as a Lieutenant Colonel.
