Mr. McElroy has more than 15 years of experience in the call center industry, having worked in both a sales and operations capacity. He came to TAS United in 2018 as a result of the company's acquisition of Stenocall, a call center in Lubbock, Texas. Prior to his call center experience, Mr. McElroy worked in various roles, including as a Regional Recruiter/Trainer for Gap Inc. He also served on active duty for the U.S. Coast Guard for six years. Mr. McElroy holds an MBA from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Tulane University in New Orleans. He serves as a member of the Board of Directors for Goodwill Industries International, Inc. and Meals on Wheels America.
