Judd as the President and Chief Executive Officer of CNG Holdings, LLC and President of Axcess Financial Services, Inc. This is effective immediately and concludes an exhaustive search and vetting process.
As Chief Executive Officer, Ken will be accountable for leading all aspects of CNG Holdings, LLC operations and Axcess Financial Services, Inc. with an emphasis on strategic long-term goals and growth.
Ken brings 20 years of experience in the financial services industry both domestically and globally. He has extensive consumer and commercial lending experience with GE Capital and Citibank and a demonstrated track record of success built upon his ability to consistently deliver results. He has deep retail and direct to consumer lending experience through partnerships with Wal-Mart, Home Depot, Macy's, and Sears which guide his customer centric focus on growth.
Since joining Axcess Financial Services, Inc. in 2016 as the Chief Financial Officer, Ken has ensured the company is on strong financial footing even in the face of events such as COVID-19 and the regulatory changes in California.
In his new role, Judd will continue to transform the organization through customer focused solutions, strong risk management principles, an emphasis on compliance, and strategic growth initiatives to move the organization forward.
