MILLBROOK, N.Y., March 4, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- 17a-4 has added new sources to the DataParser roadmap for 2020 Beta and GA releases. DataParser is a leading compliance solution to collect third party data for retention in a compliance archive. Microsoft's SharePoint Online, Microsoft's OneDrive and Cisco WebEx Teams modules are now on the roadmap for release this year.
"We are continuing to add new interfaces to DataParser at the request of our clients. With each new data source development, we work with our clients' Compliance and Legal teams through beta testing to ensure the interface is developed as requested," said Charles Weeden, Managing Partner of 17a-4.
The SharePoint Online module is going through Beta testing now and WebEx Teams and OneDrive are next in the Beta release queue. These new modules will be added to the already robust supported interface list for DataParser. Clients can bring SharePoint Online, WebEx Teams and OneDrive data into any compliance archive just as with SharePoint Server, Microsoft Teams, Yammer, Slack, Cisco Jabber, Symphony, Thomson Reuters Eikon Messenger, Bloomberg and all other supported data sources.
DataParser has no impact on the collected data source networks or destination archives. Users' chat and collaboration activities are not disrupted by the DataParser's processes and Compliance officers do not have to make changes to eDiscovery procedures. All ingested data sources are fully indexed and searchable via typical eDiscovery queries.
All major archiving technologies are supported by DataParser allowing clients to leverage in house resources and keep compliance costs to a minimum. VMs are supported, including AWS and Azure. Message delivery options include the ability to send via SMTP into an archive, to a file location or a mailbox. The third-party data endpoint for clients using Office 365 for archiving is also supported.
