SAN DIEGO, March 8, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Barefoot Solutions is thrilled to announce its Deadline Extension for their App Prototype Grant Program, Tools for Change. The application deadline for all California nonprofit organizations is now March 28, 2019.
Tools for Change is a grant program offering a functional Mobile App Prototype to one California nonprofit organization. Interested 501(c)(3)'s can apply simply by completing a few quick questions and explaining how a mobile app can improve their impact on their communities.

We all realized how passionate the nonprofit community is toward their causes, but we may have underestimated the excitement that these organizations feel toward IoT and mobile app technologies. A panel of judges ranging from civic and business leaders and professionals across the region will select one nonprofit to be awarded a $25,000 grant that will allow for a fully functional mobile application prototype. A team of developers will work closely with the organization to development an application prototype to enhance their organization. An award recipient will now be announced in April 2019.
Nonprofit entities based in California, are encouraged to apply now at https://www.barefootsolutions.com/nonprofit-grant-program. By answering a handful of questions and outlining an idea or concept, or simply by describing a challenge or a goal, applicants stand to be awarded a Functional Prototype for an IoT mobile app from Barefoot Solutions.
