As a result of the global pandemic, the disruption in education and learning this year has been unprecedented with school closures, mandatory lockdowns, and quarantining part of a challenging new normal. It has also sparked innovation and creativity as educators and students embrace new technology and explore new potentialities.
Elias Neibart Tutoring is able to conduct their preliminary diagnostic assessments and interim exams of students in a digital format, while also providing one-on-one instruction and interactive content via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Skype, and other virtual learning platforms.

The 2018-2019 law school admissions cycle concluded with a total of 62,543 applicants. This represented an increase of approximately 3.25% from the prior year, and up 11.6% compared to 2017. This resulted in the largest number of applicants since the 2011-2012 admissions cycle.
Increased applications have contributed to more rigorous admissions standards. According to data published by the Law School Admission Council at the end of the 2018-2019 admissions cycle, median LSAT scores increased at 97 law schools between 2018 and 2019, decreased at 10 schools, and remained the same at 92. Similarly, median grade point average (GPA) increased at 146 law schools, decreased at 45, and remained the same at 8.
Having the right test preparation is critical for getting a competitive LSAT score. College students considering a career in the legal profession should think carefully about who they choose to lead their LSAT study and tutoring sessions. Official LSAC study materials, non-LSAC books, commercial test preparation services, self-study are all options, but "studies have shown that students who self-study have lower average LSAT scores and an in an increasingly competitive admissions environment, every point matters," says Neibart.
Elias Neibart was a Pat H. Odom Dean's Achievement Scholar at Emory University. Neibart graduated Phi Beta Kappa and Summa Cum Laude from Emory, and is currently working and tutoring before attending law school.
Neibart interned with the United States Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York, the New York State Attorney General's Office, and the Essex County Prosecutor's Office.
During college, Elias Neibart also conducted research focusing on the founding of the United States of America and the United States Constitution. Neibart participated on the Emory University Mock Trial Team, where he was a nationally recognized mock trial competitor.
Elias Neibart currently works in New York City, and he will soon attend Harvard Law School.
