Engagement Ring Store Will Pay One Couple To Travel To Europe To Scout The Top 20 Most Romantic Proposal Spots - All Expenses Paid
Robbins Brothers, The Engagement Ring Store Posts All Expense Paid Dream Job: $10,000 Plus Hourly Wages to Visit Europe for One Wanderlust Inspired Couple.
LOS ANGELES, Feb. 6, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Robbins Brothers, The Engagement Ring Store, announced today that it is once again searching for one lucky couple to travel, all expenses paid, to find the most romantic proposal spots – but this time, to EUROPE.
The job description says: Have a travel bug but not much of a travel budget? No problem. Pack your bags, grab your sweetheart and get ready for the opportunity of a lifetime! Robbins Brothers, The Engagement Ring Store, is searching for one pair of love birds to send on an all-expense-paid European getaway in pursuit of the perfect proposal spots in Europe. No need to quit your day job… travels can be planned on your own schedule to ensure you can save up your PTO or use it as your honeymoon!
The hired couple can travel when they want and where they want as long as they identify 20 proposal spots in Europe and document their findings.
Robbins Brothers is a popular engagement ring store with retail shops across the western part of the country that will not only help clients find the perfect ring but will also help plan the perfect proposal. Last year, the company first launched the job search for one lucky couple to travel the six U.S. cities on weekends in search of the most romantic proposal locations, and after going through over 1,000 applications that came in during the three-week search, they selected Alex and Liana Borishkevich from Seattle, Washington to fill the job position. The Borishkevich's successfully completed the six-month position which wrapped up in September 2019.
"It's important for Robbins Brothers to find new and unique ways to assist couples who want to create an impressive romantic milestone. We realize that the proposal location is an important factor as the photos and videos captured are memories that live forever. We've received such positive feedback on the top spots that our ambassadors discovered last year," said Chris Weakley, VP of Marketing for Robbins Brothers.
One couple will be selected to travel to Europe, but this time the job requirements are a bit different. With a $10,000 budget plus an hourly wage, the couple will be tasked with using the budget wisely and traveling for as long or short of stint as they would like – they simply need to find and document at least 20 of the most romantic proposal locations during their trek, whether it's for three days or three weeks, and to one country or multiple European destinations.
"Ideally, our winning couple will be similar to the types of couples who shop at Robbins Brothers," said Weakley. "That means they love beautiful things but want to find the best possible value. We look forward to seeing what this year's winners come back with."
To qualify, couples must be: in a serious relationship (seriously dating, engaged or married), active on social media, willing to contribute content about their experiences and of course, willing and able to travel.
Online applications will open on February 14 at 9:00 a.m. pacific time and will be accepted through February 28, 2020 at 11:59 p.m. pacific time. Couples will be asked a series of questions and will have to upload a short video explaining why they should be selected as the 2020 proposal ambassadors. Finalists will be announced on March 16 and voting will open to the public on March 23. The selected couple will be announced and hired on April 6, 2020 and will have to complete their travel sometime in 2020.
