Former Global Head of Infrastructure Programs and Process at Janus Henderson Investors brings more than 20 year of experience in IT operations turnarounds and transformations to Wavestone

As Principal, Barnes will focus on enterprise program management, vendor management, IT operational improvements, financial governance, and risk compliance.
Barnes has led a number of multimillion-dollar IT infrastructure projects throughout her career, displaying a real flair for IT operational excellence, risk mitigation, and program management across multiple industries, including healthcare, mining, high technology, hospitality and travel, managed services, manufacturing, construction, and retail. Prior to joining Wavestone, she was Global Head of Infrastructure Programs and Process at Janus Henderson Investors. She also previously developed and steered the enterprise program management office at NTT Data, Envision Healthcare, Kaiser Permanente, and Newmont Mining Corporation.
