EFW, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Estes Express Lines, is a non-asset based freight forwarder that works with clients across the globe, in all industries, to craft and execute customized logistics and warehousing solutions.
The acquisition of Lewis Logistics will lead to the establishment of EFW Warehousing, LLC, a full-service warehousing network. This significantly expands EFW's existing capabilities to help customers manage inventories and supply chains with warehousing locations in Harrisburg, PA; Greensboro, NC; Atlanta, GA; Chicago, Il; Dallas, TX; and Los Angeles, CA.
