PORTLAND, Ore., Nov. 5, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Today, Extensis® is releasing an all new subscription-based version of Suitcase Fusion®, the professional font manager that unlocks the full potential of a designer's font collection and makes productivity a creative advantage.
Launching today at the Adobe MAX conference in Los Angeles, Suitcase Fusion supports Adobe's newest release of Adobe Creative Cloud®. Designers can directly access and automatically activate fonts in Adobe Photoshop®, Adobe InDesign®, Adobe Illustrator®, Adobe InCopy®, and Adobe After Effects® — eliminating the time-consuming process of tracking down and activating the correct fonts, eliminating costly delays and errors in the design process.
Suitcase Fusion introduces all new plug-ins for Sketch, the web design toolkit that empowers webpage and user interface creation. Now Sketch designers can auto-activate the precise fonts they need when they open their documents, enabling them to stay focused on their creative design without interruption. The new plug-in also enables Sketch designers to collect fonts for output, so project fonts are bundled and delivered alongside creative work when shared with clients or colleagues.
The latest version of Suitcase Fusion now also provides workflow integrations with design applications from Serif®. Suitcase Fusion now facilitates document tracking with Affinity® products, including Affinity Designer®, Affinity Photo®, and Affinity Publisher®. Suitcase Fusion provides drag-and-drop support — designers simply drag and drop an Affinity file onto Suitcase Fusion to activate documents fonts and enable font tracking. After this initial step, font errors are resolved when documents are opened, and fonts can also be collected for output.
Clint Daeuble, product owner for Extensis font management solutions says, "Our unwavering mission for Suitcase Fusion is to remove the barriers that interrupt the creative process and enable designers to manage their fonts like a boss!"
Daeuble continues, "We're thrilled to extend the power of font management to even more of the apps designers love, and with our new subscription service, customers will have all the latest innovations and integrations all the time."
