Extreme Canopy uses an imported Belgium PVC roof fabric to enhance their full-color printing process. For PVC coated polyester they undertake a three-stage process with care to provide customers with the results they want. First, the fabric must be passed through a thermal heat machine at 200 degrees Celsius, which pre-shrinks the fabric so that it is ready for printing. Then, the artwork is printed directly onto special transfer paper by Extreme Canopy's six-color imported digital printers. Finally, the paper and fabric are fed together back through the thermal heat machine and the artwork becomes infused at onto the fabric.
The process can take as little as under 24 hours to print and will provide customers with the canopies and tents they need for their businesses or personal enjoyment. Each product is quality assured to maintain the high standards that Extreme Canopy maintains.
