Aaron has over 14 years of experience in sales and marketing as well as extensive knowledge of sourcing strategy, brand management, customer service, team building, program management, and production. He will be overseeing projects that include executive search, custom talent acquisition projects, talent pipeline assessment and management, hiring process evaluation, process mapping and succession planning.
Aaron graduated from Kettering University with a BS in Mechanical Engineering. Next steps included senior-level sales and marketing positions at top automotive companies including Meritor, Daewoo and LS Automotive where he spearheaded technology driven partnerships and business development.
