NEW YORK, Oct. 20, 2021 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Today Frey, a Y-Combinator alumni company known for their line of eco-friendly laundry and personal care products, has launched a crowdfunding campaign for their extremely innovative Laundry Detergent Sheets on Kickstarter. The dissolvable sheets are produced with naturally-derived surfactants from coconuts and blended with essential oils and biodegradable materials. They stand further apart thanks to their incredible-smelling scents and are available starting at $39.99 USD for a pack of 150 sheets including all three scents.
Each pack contains 50 pre-cut, phosphate-free, vegan sheets. Boxes are made of recyclable cardboard, and the internal protective bag is made of polylactic acid (PLA), a plastic substitute made from fermented plant starch for a 100% plastic-free laundry experience.
The sheets are extremely effective at cleaning, while being safer for skin, clothing, and the planet than most mainstream detergents. They focus on unique fragrances created with some of the best perfumers in the country. Three scent combinations are available: cedarwood/oakmoss/amber, jasmine/rose/white cedar, and sandalwood/bergamot/clove.
Users simply toss one pre-cut detergent sheet in with their laundry load as a replacement for any other detergent. The sheet dissolves as clothes get a naturally-derived, waste-free wash. Garments come out clean and smelling incredible - with stains, sweat, odor, and bacteria removed.
