Gilbane announces strategic hire Grady Ritua for their Los Angeles office.
LOS ANGELES, Feb. 18, 2025 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Gilbane Building Company, one of the nation's leading construction and facility management firms, announces Grady Ritua's appointment as Sr. Project Executive in its Los Angeles office.
Grady brings nearly 25 years of construction industry experience, leading healthcare and education projects across Southern California, where he fosters collaborative and trusting partnerships with clients. He most recently served as a Project Director, successfully managing a portfolio of healthcare, education, and commercial projects valued at a total of $860 million. His notable achievements include leading the $280 million UCLA Neuropsychiatric Replacement Hospital and the $182 million UCI Center for Advanced Care projects in the greater Los Angeles/Orange County area.

His portfolio includes the successful completion of multiple OSHPD healthcare facilities, earning industry recognition, including the 2024 ENR Best Project Award for the Providence Cedars-Sinai Tarzana Reimagined project.
Grady holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in Building Science from the University of Southern California and is a LEED-accredited professional with a specialty in Building Design and Construction.
