Jeruchimowitz spoke about preventing retail leases from ending up in litigation during the 2022 ICSC+U.S. LAW Conference held Oct. 26-28 in Orlando, Florida. Gambino, co-chair of the firm's Real Estate Litigation Practice, and Jeruchimowitz, a member of the firm's Litigation Practice, appeared together on a general session panel titled "You're Vaccinated, Now Let's Immunize Your Lease from the Litigators." The panel discussed how leases could lead to litigation, as well as possible strategies for preventing lawsuits and winning favorable court rulings.

Working with clients who include property owners, developers, landlords, tenants, and lenders, he handles a wide range of matters from shopping center disputes to mechanics liens and foreclosures. He has served on the board of editors for Shopping Center Law & Strategy, is a frequent speaker at the ICSC conference, and recently finished serving as co-chair of the American Bar Association (ABA)'s Real Estate Litigation, Trust, and Condemnation Committee; he now serves as a member of the ABA Section of Litigation's Virtual Programming Board.
