Hair Cuttery Family of Brands Announces Signing of New Senior Secured Credit Facility

LEESBURG, Va., Nov. 4, 2021 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- HC Salon Holdings, Inc. d/b/a Hair Cuttery Family of Brands announced today the signing of a new senior secured credit agreement with WhiteHorse Capital, the direct lending affiliate of H.I.G. Capital.

The initial funding of loans under the credit agreement occurred on September 30, 2021. Hair Cuttery Family of Brands intends to use the proceeds of such loans to recapitalize its business and invest in current and future growth.
