The Kalamazoo Valley Museum comes alive with spooky music, decorations, and stories during Museum Halloween Mayhem on October 26. Storyteller Jenifer Strauss will present two different storytelling programs. "Hey-Ho, It's Halloween" includes tingling tales and spooky songs for the whole family. Get free tickets for this 12:30 p.m. performance at the front desk. At 2 p.m., older children and adults will enjoy, "Urban Legends." Strauss will weave tales that will make you shiver, giggle, and grab your best friend. If you enjoy stories of mystery and intrigue, stories that send a shiver up your spine, or you are baffled by the unexplained, you will enjoy these urban legends. Warning, this is not a program for the weak of heart!
Jenifer Strauss is dynamic and thought-provoking, engaging and educational, and heart-warming and humorous. She offers a unique brand of energy-injected and interactive performances using story as the common denominator to capture interest, motivate learning, inspire action, and transform lives.
