Heniff acquires Jasa Transit food grade hauling business
Carry Transit, the food grade hauling business of Heniff, has acquired Jasa Transit.
OAK BROOK, Ill., May 2, 2021 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Carry Transit, LLC, the food grade transportation division of Heniff Transportation Holdings, headquartered in Oak Brook IL, has announced its acquisition of the food grade hauling business operated by Jasa Transit, LLC of Blair, NE effective April 30th, 2021. Jasa Transit operations will become an important part of the Carry Transit bulk food carrier and rail transfer business.
