Mr. Hatten has joined the InLight Medical executive team to help lead the company in the further advancement and production of cutting-edge light therapy technology.

About Mike Hatten
Mr. Hatten, grew up outside of Huntington, WV. As a young man, he felt a strong pull to the sky, so he joined the military, and upon his distinguished graduation from the U.S. Army Flight School in Fort Rucker, AL, he became a United States Army helicopter pilot. After returning to the public realm, his first position was that of Assistant Aviation Division Commander for the W.V. Department of Public Safety.
To further advance his passion for aviation, Mr. Hatten entered the world of commercial aviation and served in the Chief Pilot and Director of Operations roles of different non-scheduled airless until 1997 when he joined Continental Airlines. Mike trained in Human Factors, developing training courses and facilitating Crew Resource Management and Threat and Error Management. He also served as Instructor and Evaluator on Boeing 777.
After the merger of Continental with United Airlines in 2013, he served as Sr. Manager of Boeing 777 fleet, Boeing 747 fleet, and until present, Boeing 787 fleet. He was responsible for managing large Instructor Cadre, budgeting, forecasting training needs, Instructor hiring, training, recordkeeping compliance and flying proficiency for line pilots.
Mr. Hatten and the Inlight Medical team are continuing the path of providing quality polychromatic light therapy products and plotting a new course to integrate additional innovations to further serve InLight customer needs.
