Abrams came to James Scott Farrin after working as assistant attorney general for the North Carolina Department of Justice where he represented the North Carolina Department of Transportation in condemnation litigation throughout the state. Abrams uses his considerable knowledge of the state's approach to eminent domain takings to lead the firm's eminent domain practice and help clients fight for just compensation from the state. Cristen Bartus
