Jana will work directly with claimants and carriers utilizing her breadth of industry knowledge.
Jana previously worked for 15 years as an Account Manager for a Social Security Representation group, serving as the liaison between clients, regional sales managers, and internal departments. There she utilized her Social Security expertise managing onsite employees, providing trainings and conducting file reviews. Prior to this Jana worked for over 10 years in group long-term disability, working with large group carriers, third party administrators and Fortune 100 employers. In addition, Jana is a Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist making her well versed in the technical aspects of the Social Security Disability process.
