Christopher Gagliardi has over 13 years of public accounting experience and primarily focuses on assurance and consulting services for the Construction and Financial Services Industries. Additionally, he provides Virtual CFO Support Services to private and middle market, public companies. Christopher is an integral member of the firm's Quality Control department where he assists in developing efficiencies across assurance engagements, as well as implementing the latest technologies in the firm's assurance department.
Christopher obtained his Bachelor's in Accounting from SUNY Old Westbury, where he is a member of the school's Advisory Board. He is also a board member of Central Nassau Guidance & Counseling Services. Christopher is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Jason Hoffman, CPA is the leader of the firm's Cannabis group. He has many specialties to best serve the firm's cannabis and real estate clients including complex tax matters, corporate structuring, M&A consulting and due diligence, real estate including real estate brokers and REIT's, family office and investment funds, cannabis and 280E compliance. Jason focuses his practice on clients that need full service tax and advisory assistance. He takes his clients through all aspects of their business from initial structuring to sale or merger and everything in-between.
Jason earned a B.A. in Business administration with a concentration in Accounting from The George Washington University in Washington, D.C. Jason is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is an active member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants where he is the Chair of the Real Estate Committee.
