Harford County based Attorney Joshua L. Fannon, Esq. joins the Pinder Plotkin Legal Team as he prepares for installation as the President of the International Association of Fire Fighters Local 964 - Baltimore Fire Officers.

In addition to his diverse legal experience, Fannon brings 20 years of experience as a First Responder in the City of Baltimore.
Fannon began his career as a firefighter / paramedic with the Baltimore City Fire Department and quickly climbed the ranks to Battalion Chief. On January 5, 2021, Fannon will be installed as the President of the International Association of Fire Fighters Local 964 – Baltimore Fire Officers.
