Ms. Moore brings more than 20 years of global compliance and ethics experience to the board

Karen Moore is a seasoned compliance, ethics, and privacy professional with over 20 years of experience designing, implementing, and maturing corporate compliance and privacy programs for global organizations, including Unisys, Inchcape Shipping Services, NASDAQ and Philip Morris International. She is the founder of Sounding Board Compliance, an advisory firm that provides strategic guidance to corporate officers, board members, and compliance professionals. Karen also co-designed and teaches a foundational course in corporate compliance as an adjunct professor at Fordham University School of Law. A recognized thought leader, she is a frequent speaker on compliance issues and a regular panelist on the award-winning podcast, Everything Compliance.
