Doug Weekes, a 25-year veteran of the consumer packaged goods industry, has been appointed Chairman of the Board. Weekes has led successful business units across the Beverages and Personal Care categories at Kraft Foods and Henkel KGaA. In 2014, he began his entrepreneurial journey first launching Core Water followed by Outlaw Energy and thereafter he acquired Purity Organic.
With over 30 years experience in grocery, Duane Morris joins Killer Creamery's Board of Directors. Morris has held roles in Marketing and Merchandising, Operations, Corporate Planning, Integration Strategy and Execution at Albertsons, Supervalu and private service management companies in the food drug mass channels. He has a great track record for driving innovation and leading change. Most recently he has created and is currently the managing partner of Catalyst Retail Solutions, a company focused on developing and growing niche brands in the food, drug, mass and specialty channels.
Erick Dickens and Kyle Schlotman will join the Killer Creamery Advisory Board.
Erick Dickens started his career in consumer goods after serving over eight years as an Army pilot and commander. He has over 20 years of experience leading teams and driving growth for category-leading brands in fast-growing startups and global Fortune 500 companies. Erick was recently selected to the inaugural Forbes CMO Next list of 50 top marketers, redefining the role of the CMO for his work driving brand and business growth at King's Hawaiian.
Kyle Schlotman brings years of experience in Mergers and Acquisitions on Wall Street for J.P. Morgan and Sagent Advisors. After Wall Street he joined dunnhumby in their CPG consulting business and spent six years in data consulting and helped to launch multiple analytics tools. He was a Founding Partner of Connetic, a world-class IT services and support provider.
