Following this acquisition, The Penthouse Club – Baltimore will become the fourth Penthouse Club and sixth gentlemen's club in the privately held, boutique hospitality-investment firm's portfolio.
NEW ORLEANS, Aug. 22, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Kirkendoll Management LLC (KM) today announced the signing of definitive agreements to purchase The Penthouse Club – Baltimore. Assuming transfer of all necessary permits, licenses, and other authorizations, and subject to usual closing conditions for transactions of this kind, closing is expected on or before September 30, 2022.
Previously a licensee, The Penthouse Club – Baltimore will become the fourth Penthouse Club and sixth gentlemen's club in the privately held, boutique hospitality investment firm's portfolio. In addition to its standalone company-owned and operated nightclubs, Kirkendoll Management is the exclusive licensor of THE PENTHOUSE CLUB® and PENTHOUSE®-branded products worldwide.

The 13,000-square-foot upscale club at 615 Fallsway features ultramodern sound and light systems, elevated private and semi-private VIP suites, a full-service 5-star dining experience, and, of course, the beautiful entertainers Penthouse is known for. It is situated in downtown Baltimore in the Penn-Fallsway neighborhood, just east of Historic Mt. Vernon, with easy access from Washington D.C. and Southern Philadelphia.
