The 1.0 Watt UHF Reader Companion will attach directly to a smart device using a KOAMTAC custom case or universe case adapter and KDC470. The companion allows the KDC to read UHF tags separately or alongside barcodes. The UHF reader can scan at a rate of up to 200 tags per second with a nominal read range of twenty feet and transfers data via serial, USB, and Bluetooth to the smart device.
KOAMTAC's 1.0 Watt UHF Reader comes mounted on a lightweight pistol grip for quick and comfortable reading. The pistol grip equipped with a removable and rechargeable 6,000mAh hardpack battery which powers the 1.0W UHF Reader and can be used as an extended battery for the smart device. KOAMTAC's 1.0W UHF reader will ensure the longest operation time thanks to 6,000mAh pistol grip battery, 1,130mAh SmartSled battery, and a roughly 3,000mAh smart device battery, altogether about 10,000mAh battery power.
The 1.0 Watt UHF RFID Reader, SmartSled, and smart device can be charged via USB cable or Charging cradle with 1,130mAh and 6,000mAh spare battery charging slots.
