Blue Sea Holdings, Oceans Group International, its directors, and leaders are pleased to announce that a U.S. court has dismissed the lawsuit through which Six Diamond Resorts International, Six Diamond Resorts International, S.A., William Baquet, and Richard Kiibler asserted claims against Red Frog Beach Resort-related entities and individuals. In Case No. 210100257, Red Frog Beach Resort had all claims dismissed.
Red Frog Beach Resort's ownership always viewed this lawsuit as factually and legally baseless, and as procedurally improper. And all the claims have now been dismissed.
