Leonard McCullough is the founder and former CEO of Linen King, a premier provider of laundry services for healthcare systems across the South-Central United States. In 1999, Leonard co-founded Linen King with his father and one other partner, leading the company from a single facility to seven locations across five states. Under his leadership, the company grew from a modest team of 17 to more than 700 employees, securing its position as a dominant regional player. In early 2023, Linen King merged with HLSG to form one of the nation's largest healthcare laundry service providers.
Beyond business, Leonard has demonstrated a commitment to professional development and mentorship. He dedicated over 12 years to mentoring executives in the YPO Tulsa Chapter, culminating as Chapter Chairman. His leadership helped the Chapter achieve some of its highest performance ratings. Additionally, he served as Vice Chairman of the Government Affairs Committee for the Textile Rental Services Association of America and as Chair of the American Heart Association Tulsa Heart Ball.
