He started his career in business analytics, management, and sales operations, before moving into strategic business development consulting at a domestic and international level. In 2005 he was awarded the title of ambassador of Peace from the Interreligious and International Federation for World Peace, where they helped families from various sects and faiths who were facing hardships during wartime in their home countries—traveling to Jerusalem, Jordan, and other regions to extend a helping hand. In January of 2014, Elhussini joined academia and has been teaching courses in business, decision-making, sales and marketing management, Organizational behavior, global business operations, strategic mindset, and more at both graduate and undergraduate levels. He is also a published researcher and advisor to dozens of students each year, and, to top it off, he owns a dry cleaning business.
