NAVAC HelixDrive Oil-Free Dry Screw Vacuum Pumps feature brushless DC motors for 40% greater efficiency and power reduction and incorporate a highly durable, wear-resistant proprietary internal coating to handle harsh ALD process contaminants. Ideally suited for ALD laboratories and R&D pilot plants, these quiet running robust vacuum pumps operate at ≤60 dB.
Eliminating typical scroll pump issues, these robust NAVAC HelixDrive Oil-Free Dry Screw Vacuum Pumps for small applications include the Models HD20 and HD40 which measure 23.6"L x 11.8"W x 12.6"H, have KF25 inlets and outlets, and are air-cooled. Both sizes achieve 2.2 x 10-2 Torr ultimate pressure at pumping speeds of 12 CFM and 19 CFM respectively.
