Grant joins Meridian with over two decades of experience in driving transformational growth and operational excellence across global markets. He is a seasoned leader with expertise in global sales, marketing, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic change management within Fortune 1000 companies.
In his previous role, Grant successfully led strategic M&A initiatives and drove product innovation at H.B. Fuller. Grant's leadership has consistently delivered enhanced profitability and organizational success.

(ASI), Design Polymerics, and Bondloc UK Ltd., while advancing the division's innovation pipeline and strategic goals.
