Tampa-Based Developers to Build and Lease approximately 1,000 Well-Appointed, Affordable Rental Villas in 5 Communities throughout Central Florida
TAMPA, Fla., April 19, 2021 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Today, Mize & Sefair Development and Belleair Development Group, two Tampa-based development companies, unveiled plans for five affordable, gated, multi-family communities, providing a total of 1,000 new rental homes throughout Central Florida. The project fills each respective community's growing need for reasonably-priced, well-appointed rentals.
The project, titled The Keys Homes, will launch with its first two locations, The Keys Homes at Cotee River and The Keys Homes at Wildwood. The Keys Homes at Cotee River will include 126 units over 36 acres located in the heart of Port Richey, Florida. The Keys Homes at Wildwood sits just 2.5 miles away from The Villages and will consist of 200 units over 20 acres. These projects represent the first of a four-phase development plan.
The Keys Homes is co-developed by two Tampa Bay-based companies, Mize & Sefair and Belleair Development Group. Mize & Sefair brings more than 18 years of proven experience in residential construction and property development. Belleair Development Group, a privately-held, self-funded firm, has successfully developed more than 300 residential and commercial properties over the past 25 years.

Leasing will open during the first quarter of 2022 and will officially welcome residents in the spring of 2022.
Phase two of the project will introduce three new locations for The Keys Homes, with two properties in Ocala and another near The Villages, totaling nearly 600 villas. Phase two construction is anticipated to begin in early 2022.
