SAN FRANCISCO, Feb. 4, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Montcalm Capital announces the successful close of Montcalm Capital Fund I LP's investment in CLEARAS Water Recovery, Inc. CLEARAS is a leading provider of sustainable wastewater treatment technology.

Montcalm Capital's CLEARAS investment demonstrates Montcalm's vision of financing structures that benefit both companies and investors. Montcalm provided non-dilutive capital that will enable CLEARAS to build out environmentally sensitive wastewater treatment facilities for a number of municipalities. Montcalm Capital Fund's investors were attracted by the yield and predictability of the offering as well as the mission and power of the CLEARAS non-chemical, closed-loop technology.

Montcalm Capital was founded in 2018 to address the market need for a greater range of financing solutions tailored for companies solving global challenges. Montcalm focuses on investments in five sectors: clean energy, water, women, food, and health.
