PRAIRIE DU SAC, Wis., Aug. 14, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Mueller Sports Medicine filed a lawsuit against KT Health on July 2, 2020 in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin (case no. 20:cv-00615) for a declaratory judgment that, among other things, Mueller's TYPHOON® kinesiology tape products do not infringe KT Health's trade dress and patents.
