The highly desirable commendation is bestowed on only 101 Chicagoland businesses annually. This is the third year in a row that NAPCO has been recognized.
The "Best and Brightest" competition identifies, assesses and honors companies with exceptional leadership and daily ingenuity that deliver exceptional human resource practices and impressive employee commitment, in areas such as communication, work-life balance, education, diversity and retention. In this highly competitive process, businesses are separated into small (1-100), medium (101-300), and large (301+) employee categories.
